Family First Water provides whole-home water filtration system installation services, including reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, and multi-stage filtration systems. We also provide free in-home water testing. We are an authorized Home Depot partner and may offer financing through Home Depot Financial Services, subject to credit approval.
Our free in-home water test is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any product or service.
Family First Water operates a recurring SMS messaging program. By submitting your phone number and selecting a consent checkbox on a form on our website, you opt in to receive text messages from Daughter Water LLC DBA Family First Water at the number provided. The program includes two message types:

All prices for products and installation services will be provided to you in writing before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of installation unless a financing arrangement has been approved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daughter Water LLC DBA Family First Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento County, California.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your SMS opt-in data.
