WHAT HAPPENS IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES

A simple visit, with no obligation.

  1. 1

    Start with your household

We review your water provider, the concerns you have noticed, and how your household uses water.

  2. 2

    Test and explain

We perform several on-site screening tests, review the available water-quality report for the utility serving your address, and explain the information in plain language.

  3. 3

Discuss options only if you want them

If treatment may be useful, we can review the setup, maintenance, written quote, and limited-warranty terms.

A BETTER WAY TO COMPARE

Ask every company the same questions.

Good comparisons go beyond a price or a promise. Ask what is included, what each stage does, what maintenance costs continue after installation, and what the written warranty actually covers.

01

Will the recommendation start with my home?

We start with the provider serving your address, the concerns you notice, the in-home test, and the installation space—not a blanket claim about an entire city.

02

Are filtration and softening treated as different jobs?

Our dual-tank whole-home setup separates carbon filtration from ion-exchange softening. The separate Legacy RO system serves the dedicated kitchen drinking faucet.

03

Can I see completed local work?

Yes. Family First Water publishes actual installations from Greater Sacramento homes so you can inspect the equipment, placement, and finished work.

04

Are warranty and maintenance details in writing?

The whole-home filtration system has a 10-year limited warranty. Legacy RO has a 5-year limited warranty. Review the written agreement for covered components, labor, consumables, exclusions, and maintenance requirements.

THE COMPLETE INSTALLATION

Whole-home treatment plus dedicated drinking water.

Whole-home carbon filtration addresses chlorine-related taste and odor. Softening addresses hardness minerals. Legacy RO provides additional multi-stage filtration at the kitchen for drinking and cooking.

  • Dual-tank whole-home filtration and softening
  • Under-sink Legacy RO with alkaline remineralization stage
  • Dedicated drinking-water faucet
  • Professional installation by a licensed installer
